Adecco Italia SpA looking for a HR Analytics & Systems Intern to join the HR Team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

How you make the difference

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment, supporting the Total Reward & HRIS Manager across a range of key areas that impact our workforce worldwide.

Main Activities:

Total Rewards: Assist with various aspects of our global compensation and benefits programs, including bonus systems, salary processes, benefits administration, and job evaluation.
Budget Management: Support in the management of budgets & labor costs.
HR Information Systems (HRIS): Implementation, reporting, and data quality management of our HRIS, specifically SuccessFactors. This involves working with processes and systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity and dashboards development.
Reporting & Data Quality: Develop and maintain HR reports related to the main HR KPI's and metrics, ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy across all HR systems.
Global Support: Act as a guide and support for our international countries, helping them navigate Total Reward processes and systems.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Total Reward & HRIS Manager of Food Business Unit.

Requirements:

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Highly Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excel Proficiency: An advanced command of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Your precision and accuracy are paramount in managing critical HR data and processes.
Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
Spanish (Nice to Have): Fluency in Spanish would be a significant advantage, given our global presence.
Proactive & Eager to Learn: You're a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a global HR team.
