The Role

The Customer Support Specialist (Italian-speaking) will deliver professional support to customers across multiple channels. The role demands clear, confident, and professional communication as well as the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support in Italian via chat, phone, and email.

  • Communicate confidently and professionally at all times.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues as required.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.

  • Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the service team.

Requirements
  • Native/fluent proficiency in Italian, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Good English for collaboration with international colleagues.

  • Previous customer service/support experience is desirable.

  • Professional, confident, and adaptable, with the ability to work remotely.
