Randstad Talent Selection HOpportunities is the specialized division in the Search & Selection of qualified professionals belonging to protected categories Art. 1 and Art. 18 L68/99.

We offer:  permanent contract, Annual Salary (RAL) according to professional background, RAL 37/40K + PP

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with flexibility, 1 day of smart working.

responsabilità

The role involves identifying EU industry opportunities, driving supply-chain operational excellence, providing recommendations for marketing and advertising campaigns, and managing the launch of new products.

Key job responsibilities:

• Use your knowledge in deep data analytics to identify EU industry opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance through the use of programs to drive long term benefit
• Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in our fulfilment centre.
• Provide recommendations for the brand’s marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic and improve conversion. Plan, implement and manage promotional activities for Company events  where you will help your brands to generate sales. On top of that, you will drive brand weeks with you vendors.
• Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability. You will identify product gaps, onboard the new products and be responsible for the ramp up of these products, (i.e.: performing walk the store on, competitor benchmarking, create enhanced content on detail pages).

qualifiche

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English (minimum C1 level)
• Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or Consulting.
• Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Belonging to the protected categories art. 1 L.68/99
