Manpower Professional, Lifescience division is looking for un/a Business Operational Excellence (OpEx) Specialist.

Team decisions and achievement of Group’s objectives. He/She provides strategic
guidance as well as timely and accurate insights about Global RA, PV and CO spending and financial control with a clear cost optimization approach.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Main responsabilities are divided in 2 areas:
BUDGET & CONTROLLING
1. Perform financial controlling activities within the 4 Unit Departments (GRA,
GPV, GCO, GCMC)
2. Support the Responsible in ensuring efficient Unit spending and cost
monitoring.
3. Responsible for reporting processes and delivering timely and accurate
information/ insights, acting as a strategic partner across the cross-functional
project community, in collaboration with Project Leads and Leadership Team
Members.
4. Pro-actively enhance the reporting processes and tools to enable a more
effective decision-making on Global RA, PV and CO activities.
5. Support the Responsible in performing GRA, GPV, GCO & GCMC budgeting
and forecasting activities, cost monitoring.
6. Define and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for
enhancements/ optimizations to achieve key operational targets.
7. Optimization of the whole budget process and costs optimization within Global
and Local affiliates in collaboration with Finance Department and Leadership
Team.

VENDOR SELECTION & OVERSIGHT
1. Control and contracting of vendors of the functions for which he is responsible,
ensuring, together with the technical project manager, the application of the
departmental and corporate interests.
2. Monitors the market to ensure the expansion of the Vendor Pool for all the
functions for which it is responsible, always guaranteeing the best possible
quality/price ratio on the market and guaranteeing the company's fundamental
compliance principles.

The role combines strategic relevance with operational complexity. It requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, solid financial and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic global environment. This makes it a key position in supporting operational excellence and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS
The role requires a candidate within 3-4 years of experience in financial and operational management within a regulated environment, coupled with exposure to regulatory and compliance functions. Advanced education or certifications, combined with strong technical and eadership skills, will be key differentiators for success in this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related fields
  • Full proficiency of English language (level C1)
  • In-depth knowledge of IT tools (PC, email, MS Office, Internet, Oracle Business Suite)
  • Basic PM Skills (Agile is considered a plus)
  • 1-2 years controlling/auditing experience
