General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Overall technical integrity of offshore structure construction.
- Offshore structure compliance with international standards, COMPANY guidelines and Engineering best practices.
- Technical support to Offshore structure Construction and installation.
- Review design premises definition of offshore structures.
- Review geotechnical and geophysical surveys.
- Review of met-oceanographic surveys and/or studies.
- Offshore structures (fixed/floating) layout review.
- Supervision of internal construction of offshore structures.
- Review structural material selection and specification.
- Planning, review and follow-up of structure construction, transportation and installation.
- Structures cost and schedule estimates.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Work experience of 8+ years in the field of the sought discipline after earning the Bachelors degree.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
