Main responsibilities:
- Assist the housekeeping manager in coordinating daily operations.
- Ensure the respect of the operational procedures, quality standards and guest satisfaction and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
- Assist with training and hiring of new team members.
- Oversee the management of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support daily operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain a seamless operation.
- Deputise for the housekeeping manager as needed
