Responsibilities and Duties

•                   Collaborate with colleagues in the same and other departments: communicating with the Lifestyle team for baggage handling and delivery, with F&B for room services, with the housekeeper and the kitchen for the communication of the guest's preferences;

•                   Coordinate with the Lifestyle team the reception of guests including calling and management of arrivals with transfers or taxis in order to improve the quality of service

•                   Be at the service of the guest for any need or preference that may arise during the stay

•                   Personalize the guest's stay by creating a welcoming environment. Adopt excellent communication skills combined with kindness and courtesy, in order to make guests feel at home, in compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

·        Fluency in English; the knowledge of Russian, Chinese or Arabic will be considered a plus

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Problem Solving

·        Team working
