We are looking for a Senior Accountant for an Italian Company that is part of an International Group specializing in natural health products.
- Support the Administrative and Financial Manager.
- Drive the implementation of procedures, process improvements, regulatory monitoring, and participate in Finance Department projects. Standardize and enhance accounting methods and controls.
- Administer and monitor all tax and social contributions.
- Ensure compliance with fiscal calendars.
- Ensure and justify the accounts to internal and external stakeholders, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare documentation for statutory auditors (CAC).
- Manage relationships with accountants, statutory auditors, and the tax authorities.
- Record accounting transactions.
- Prepare and post monthly closing entries.
- Contribute to, or independently perform (depending on autonomy), monthly accounting closings and financial statements.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Manage fixed assets (acquisitions, disposals, depreciation).
- Ensure bank reconciliations.
- Occasionally provide backup support for accounts payable roles.
Requisiti: Knowledge of analytical accounting and ability to adapt to a complex environment. Proficiency in IT tools (especially Excel) and accounting software (SAP). Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Italian is mandatory. Knowledge of French or English is a strong plus. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
