We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to support clients using our products and services. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools.
This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine interest in digital marketing/web design, and the ability to deliver high-quality support in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Two consecutive days off: Saturday and Sunday
Uber reimbursement up to 25 per day for early shifts starting at 06:00 to support commuting
On-site presence in Lisbon is required.

Has experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
Is enthusiastic and passionate about the digital/web environment
Is fluent in German and proficient in English
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and customer-service orientation
Is comfortable working in rotating shifts (within daytime hours)
Provide customer support for clients through multiple communication channels
Assist users with website creation tools, digital marketing features, and account-related inquiries
Troubleshoot issues related to website setup, functionality, and optimization
Guide customers in best practices regarding web presence and digital marketing strategy
Ensure accurate documentation of cases and adherence to internal processes
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and product improvements
Maintain a high level of knowledge about platform features and updates
