We are currently searching for a young, talented, and creative Head Chef with experience in high-end gastronomy and a strong sensitivity toward seasonal, produce-driven cuisine. Our project offers an exceptional environment for research, creativity, and close collaboration with our agricultural estate.
The culinary identity is based on:
• Contemporary interpretation of Ligurian and Mediterranean ingredients
• Use of products from our own agricultural estate (meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, olive oil, wine)
• Sustainability and seasonality as core principles
• Close collaboration between kitchen, vineyard, and farm teams
The restaurant offers a modern, elegant, ingredient-driven cuisine with strong territorial roots and creative freedom.
The ideal candidate is ready for their first or second full Head Chef role, with ambition, curiosity, and a desire to leave a personal mark on a solid, high-potential project.
