Main activities
  • Workforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities;
  • Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators;
  • Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts;
  • Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures);
  • Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions;
  • Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics;
  • Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning;
  • Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders.
Requirements

Must have

  • Solid experience in workforce planning, labour cost management and strategic planning, gained in complex organizations or consulting environments;
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • Proven and successful experience in People Management;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators.


Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Finance / Planning & Control / Strategic Planning;
  • Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques;
  • Mastery of workforce planning models;
  • Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity / What-If analysis;
  • Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management;
  • Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts;
  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
