We are currently looking for a Private Equity Intern (6 MONTHS) to join the team of a leading mid-market Private Equity fund based in Milan
The selected candidate will join the Investment Team and have the opportunity to be actively involved in all phases of the investment process, supporting the team in deal execution and portfolio management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Research and screening of potential investment opportunities.
- Market trend analysis and assessment of competitive dynamics.
- Financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
- Drafting internal and external investment memoranda.
- Support in transaction execution.
Requisiti: The ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree completed in Economics, Finance, or related fields; Master's degree in progress is preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Excellent research and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Previous internship experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is a plus. Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
