For an established player in the Defence sector, we are looking for a:

ILS ENGINEER – INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT

The selected candidate will work closely with design, quality, and production engineers to improve the performance and lifecycle of complex products.

• Analyze designs to understand their reliability and safety

• Help identify potential failures and how to prevent or resolve them

• Collaborate in the creation of maintenance plans (what is needed, when, and how to perform it)

• Design Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to ensure the effective provisioning of Spare Parts

• Contribute to the writing of technical manuals and support documents

• Participate in meetings with different teams to optimize costs and performance

• Perform LCC (Life Cycle Cost), LORA (Level of Repair Analysis), MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis), PHST (Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation) analysis

• Degree or technical diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace, or similar)

• Interest in safety, technology, and maintenance

• Strong logical and analytical thinking

• Basic knowledge of Excel and analysis software (such as FMEA or RAM analysis)

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Rome

Permanent contract (CCNL Commercio), salary level and compensation package to be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
