responsabilità

We are looking for a Scrum Master and Product Owner with a background in Agile methodologies and a passion for enabling high-performing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving digital initiatives by facilitating collaboration between design engineers and software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives);
• Support cross-functional teams in developing digital solutions for engineering and manufacturing;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, quality) to gather requirements and align priorities;
• Work closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders to define strategic plans and ensure alignment with business goals;
• Assist Product Owners in backlog management, user story definition, and prioritization;
• Track and report progress, risks, and impediments to relevant stakeholders.

qualifiche

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields;
• Experience as a Scrum Master in complex industrial or tech environments;
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects;
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Rally, Confluence, Aha!, etc);
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
