For our client, multinational company leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, we are looking for a Quality Management System Engineer.
- Lead compliance to standards and norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and relevant battery industry standards
- Define systems, policies and processes ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainability targets.
- Manage documentation and reporting systems.
- Perform audits across the organization, identify gaps and lead cross-functionally deployment of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead training program development and deployment across the organization.
- Manage internal/external audit plan, ensure appropriate preparation, execution and resolution of findings.
- Monitor Quality KPIs related to compliance and lead action plan to meet targets.
- Lead Quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in management systems.
Requisiti: Degree in Industrial engineering. At least 5 years of experience in quality in a mass manufacturing industry. Experience in Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a MUST Experience in IATF 16949 is a PLUS Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines Titolo di studio minimo: Comune e/o quartiere: Caserta e provincia
