  • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement/OPEX roles, ideally in multi-plant environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent certification) with deep knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel (25-50% of the time, with potentially higher initial peaks) and adapt to a dynamic global environment.
