PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:
High technical skill needed to follow the Fleets Commissioning
(vehicles & charging infrastructures) composed by Hybrid, Electric & Fuel Cell Vehicles, able to understand
easily technical specification and software, components features and specification, vehicles behaviours, system
problems & infrastructure (electric recharge point) functionalities
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
For Vehicle commissioning : Support Customers on the vehicles commissioning, help drives and technicians to better understanding the vehicles features, help Dealers to better understand the vehicles features and the vehicles managing processes, verify the correct infrastructure functionalities, accompany the Customer on the road use in the first days after delivery, support the management of Field Tests on different platform like Heavy, Medium, Light… especially for the issues, diagnosis, and problem solving.
For Infrastructure commissioning : installation support, commissioning and start-up activities, repairs, maintenance, and instruction of use of chargers to ensure safe and effective customer operations. Customer support on troubleshooting and to After Sales organization. Provide training and technical workshops to develop local partners on maintenance competences and skills. Participate on testing charging solutions, this will include configurations and functional tests.
