As Senior HR Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team and the strategic partner to management on all people-related matters.

Oversee contracts, payroll interface, disciplinary procedures, and health & safety coordination.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and clearly communicated.Talent & Performance Management
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Design and deliver training initiatives.Team Leadership
