Marketing Coordinator
For a leading company in the nutraceutical sector, we're seeking a dynamic European Marketing Coordinator to support the strategic growth plan in the European market. This role involves assisting with strategic initiatives to boost sales, enrollments, and retention. Under the direction of the Marketing Director, you'll execute marketing, sales, and ad hoc projects, acting as a bridge between Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent and compliant representation of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively support sales activities such as events, incentives, and promotions, including creating webinars, managing communications, procuring translators, and producing collaterals.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Teams to ensure accurate communication of promotional and product initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating product-related activities by contributing to market research, product strategies, and managing logistics for product development and launch.
- Monitor product development to ensure adherence to deadlines and specifications.
- Develop and maintain communication strategies with distributors and customers, supporting growth through social media management.
- Initiate creative and web requests as needed to support projects and maintain branding across platforms.
- Provide competitive intelligence and market trend data.
- Liaise with the head office for approval and execution of regional promotions and events.
- Generate weekly follow-ups for incentives and other strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate regular trainings via webinar, Zoom, Facebook Live, and face-to-face settings.
- Support sales-building activities and follow up on back-office content needs.
- Manage distributor recognition programs and ensure timely execution.
- Plan and perform customer surveys as required.
- Support regional events management and planning, including venue reservations and coordination with agencies.
- Aid Sales Directors with local events and manage event communication.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, direct selling, or customer service.
- Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- Service-minded and confident, with strong negotiating skills.
- Ability to travel and adapt working hours to business needs.
- Skills in valuation/modeling, data management, and producing ad-hoc reports.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and team support skills.
- Knowledge of international trade or issues is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous
